Outdoor day camp for ages 5–8. Small groups, big adventures, no screens. Just kids being kids in Stanley Park.

Most Vancouver day camps run large groups. We cap at 12 kidswith a 1:6 to 1:8 staff-to-child ratio* — because your child shouldn’t have to compete for attention. No screens, no overprogramming. Just kids being kids in one of the most beautiful parks in the world.
Every day, you’ll receive a photo and a short update from the trail — what they explored, who they played with, what made them laugh. No black box.
Summer season: June through August. Only 12 spots per session.

A typical camp day
Drop-off & welcome circle
Rose Garden. Hi-vis vests on. Land acknowledgment. Daily plan.
Morning adventure
Forest hike along Aquarium trails. Nature observation and discovery.
Snack break
Parent-provided snack. Water refill.
Group games & activities
Lumbermen’s Arch — capture the flag, nature art, relay races.
Free play
Bug catching, stick play, mud, imagination. Child-led exploration.
Lunch & stories
Parent-provided lunch. Group stories.
Closing circle
Nature show-and-tell. Tomorrow preview.
Pickup
Rose Garden. Authorized pickup check.
What to bring
- •Small backpack they can carry
- •Packed lunch + two snacks (reusable containers)
- •Full water bottle
- •Sunscreen applied before arrival
- •Rain jacket + rain pants (we play in rain)
- •Closed-toe shoes (they’ll get muddy)
- •Spare socks + change of clothes
- •Whistle attached to jacket (safety)
No electronics, toys, valuables, or candy. Label everything.
